Technology at the service of the cyclist

The only antilock and antioverturn system completely integrated in the ebike frame
Advanced technology for a safer and smarter cycling experience

Blubrake ABS G2 Main unit

Data coming from sensors are processed in real time in order to detect any potential front wheel lock-up. When a potentially dangerous condition is identified, the ABS unit controls the front brake caliper to ensure a smoother and natural deceleration.

  • Weight: 380 g
  • Lenght: 177 mm
  • Height: 50 mm

Speed sensor

Thanks to a phonic wheel mounted on the front wheel, the speed sensor constantly tracks the wheel speed at high frequency. This data flow is then combined with acceleration sensors in the ABS unit to calculate the e-bike dynamics.

User interface

The rider is informed in real time about the status of the ABS thanks to an icon on the bike display integrated via CAN-bus or an external control light.

Blubrake ABS: open to the integration with every third-party brake and electric kit

  • Available for Pedelecs and S-pedelecs

  • Compatible with third party motors, batteries and brakes

  • Smooth and natural feeling with no artificial vibration
  • Automotive quality standards for design and production

Effortless
installation
in three steps

Blubrake ABS can be delivered ready to install in a kit with the front brake. It only requires to connect the ABS Unit to the front brake lever and caliper.

Mount inside the frame or on the fork, connect front brake and phonic wheel, plug the electronic connectors and speed sensor
